This Chargeplace Scotland facility is reserved only for Co Wheels customers, which I understand is a car club operator. I'm almost glad it's not for public use as the car park is tiny and I expect using the charger would be a challenge for most EV users with reduced mobility.
Disabled Access In and Around

Access to the terminal is challenging, especially with other cars present. There is scarcely enough room to open a car door, particularly if someone parks in the neighbouring space - or over the hatched marking to the left The machine is raised on a plinth with bollards in front. By stretching, I was able to access the card reader but the charging ports on either side were difficult to reach. The terminal offers 7 kW Type 2 charging, which means it is particularly slow. As mentioned, it's unlikely that non Co Wheels drivers will use the facility but as they are, they are terribly inaccessible for most people who use mobility aids.

I travelled to this place by walk or wheel
This car park is tiny and very busy. So busy in fact that a white van blocked access to the left bay. The leftmost space does have a hatched section to the left to prohibit parking, which was ignored. When checking the street name, I saw an image on Google Maps where a car was parked in the same prohibited area which makes me think it's a common occurrence.
