Overall Rating
Excellent
I ent last year to look at the access for my wheelchair at the cinema in Silverburn. The floor manager took my husband and I into 6 of the cinemas to show us the seating provided for disabled customers and their caters. He also said that if I wanted to sit in a regular seat they would store my chair and assist me if I needed it. I was very impressed. I returned with my daughter and grandson to see beauty and the beast and we had a lovely box to ourselves. It was ideal it allowed me to use the toilet facilities without annoying anyone in the auditorium.
