Cold Town House was born out of a desire to restore brewing traditions in the Grassmarket. So, welcome to the new home of Cold Town Beer! Based upon 3 floors, you can enjoy a different offering and atmosphere on each. On the ground floor there is the Brewhouse, there’s always a party brewing here, with a regular line up of live entertainment including sport, music, comedy and cabaret. On the first floor you can enjoy our Pizza & Prosecco Bar. Watch artisan Neapolitan pizzas come together, before being stone fired in our custom built oven. Floor to ceiling windows give you a front row seat to the Cold Town Beer brewing process and all of its sights, sounds and scents as you watch our master brewers honing their craft. Finally our roof top terrace which offers the best views of Edinburgh Castle. Grab a fluffy blanket, a Gondola seat, and order your drams from a vintage Nissan van to take in the stunning views. Our rooftop is the jewel in our crown and a must-visit spot on the Grassmarket.
