My Mum and I went to Costco to get some shopping. We walked in, Mum showed her card and the man on the door said that I couldn’t come in without a Face Mask. We explained that I was exempt from wearing a face mask and so Mum then helped me to get back to the car and went shopping on her own

As I didn’t get through the door, I can’t tell you luch on this subject, but I know that it is quiet easy to navigate as it is all on one level.
Parking & Transport
Good
Very good parking area. The spaces are very large so easy to open the door wide.
Accessible Toilets

One of the main reasons that I went into Costco was to go to the loo, but as I didn’t get passed the door I can’t comment on this

Unfortunately the member of staff on the door was particularly grumpy and unhelpful and said that I couldn’t go into the shop without a face mask on.
