Overview
Great place to visit with the family. All flat paths but some barriers might obstruct the view of a wheelchair user. Lots of amazing animals and reptiles to see, all seem well looked after and cared for.
Transport & Parking
Big car parks. We actually went in the bigger vehicle car park as we were in a van but there looked to be plenty of spaces.
Access
Flat paths everywhere through the park and ramps to viewing platforms. To see the fruit bats there are two levels to give different perspectives and the top level didn't seem to be accessible by anything other than lots of stairs. There's an amazing park for kids but I am sad to say it didn't seem accessible for children with physical disabilities. The cafe is big but busy and not very spacious - better eating outside if you can and I'd suggest a picnic. Also a train that does a loop round the park. Didn't seem to have any disabled access but I might have missed it. Plus side is one of the staff we spoke to at the park was really lovely and helpful.
Toilets
Disabled toilets were dotted around the park.
Staff
Helpful and very pleasant.
