Excellent
The so-called wheelchair accessible room had a shower over the bath and no walk in shower and so was unusable for a wheelchair user. The lift that was big enough for a wheelchair could no be called from our floor and so an able -bodied person had to go in the smaller lift down to reception and come up in the larger lift that could take a wheelchair. OK if you are with family - not so good if you are on your own.
