Crystal Peaks is a small shopping centre with a good range of shops. There is level access throughout the building which is divided between two floors, with a lift in the middle.

Disabled parking spaces are available near each entrance to the building . Bus and tram stops are just outside the building.

There are disabled toilets on both floors of the shopping centre.
