Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre

Very pleasantly surprised by the disabled toilet on the ground floor behind the escalators. Whilst the room itself isn't very big, the space is used well. I especially liked that the red cord runs all the way around the walls at regulation height - this means that it can't be tied up or broken, and is accessible from any position within the toilet. The facilities were clean, plenty of soap and loo roll etc. There were awards on the wall of very high standards that were for the toilets as a whole (for cleanliness and state of the facilities). It's a pity there isn't a Changing Places toilet here as I believe that Crystal Peaks would do an excellent job at maintaining it.

Crystal Peaks is a small shopping centre with a good range of shops. There is level access throughout the building which is divided between two floors, with a lift in the middle.
