Additional Information
We chose this hotel for its location and the wheelchair access it provided, according to it's website. Location was fine, just a bus ride in to city centre. The hotel advertised itself as fully wheelie accessible BUT for me to get to breakfast, I had to get the proper lift from the 2nd floor (where the wheelchair accessible room was) to the mezzanine. Then I had to get a member of staff to operate the 2 VERY slow stair chair lifts to get to the restaurant! Quite embarrassing at times!!! And took about 10 minutes from room to brekkie Food and service was good.
