Recommended Motability Car Dealership

When exchanging our Mobility car this year we needed to down-size but keep key elements that make our driving experience as good as possible. This meant a complete re-think which lead us to evaluate a large number of options, a process which took quite some thought. Our final choice took us to Desira (Nissan Qashqai Dealers). Although some 36 miles away from home we took into account that easy transport into the shopping centre meant we could make a day of issues such as servicing. From our initial call to Robert we were taken through the acquisition process with extremely friendly, and experienced advice. All our requirements have been met and explained with in-depth sales experience. At no point did we fell we were being dealt with by the "New Customer" sales techniques used by other dealerships, We were hand lead through each step of the purchase and regulatory requirements with everything done for us promptly and effeciently. We would strongly recommend this dealership and, in particular salesperson Robert, to anyone looking for a sensible Motability option.
