I didn't realise so many famous people lived here!

Museum is fully accessible with clear easily viewed info. Fully accessible toilet. Tea shop next door. V friendly staff, all volunteers.

Disabled Access at Dorking Museum & Heritage Centre

The ground floor of the Museum is fully accessible for disabled visitors. We have a disabled toilet. On our first floor - we have our Archives library - if visitors wanted to use the archives, then our volunteers would be very happy to bring the records down to the ground floor.

The toilets have step free access and have safety rails and an alarm.

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
