Drumchapel Library is situated at the heart of the community, near the shopping centre and opposite the park. The library offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for visitors of all ages and friendly staff are always happy to help you make the most of your visit. Whether you are looking to find a specific book or magazine, or just browsing, there is someone on hand to help. You can access computers for free and if required, a Digital Volunteer can offer IT support. The library provides a wide range of support services such as Macmillan Information and Support, where experienced volunteers and qualified therapists provide a confidential service within your local community. Other services include Citizen’s Advice and Councillor’s surgeries. The children can enjoy our Bounce and Rhyme Session (0-2 years), Wacky Weans Club (2 – 4 years) and our Fab Arts and Crafts (5 – 12 years). There are also classes for adults (16+), including Literacies support, ESOL (English for speakers of other languages) and computing courses.
