Dublin airport departures was vey open with plenty of room for wheelchairs. It is very clean & there are lots of places to eat/have coffees & also shops. The assistance people were brilliant too. Everything went very smoothly & efficiently.

Good
The airport was easily accessed with no steps & a lift to the upper floor which was all level when we got there.
Accessible facilities: Lift to all areas, Step-free entrance, Seating at regular intervals, Step-free access to most areas

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
We had hired a car while in Dublin so we returned it & then went into the departure lounge.

Good
The disabled toilets were well signposted. Were very clean, had a red emergency cord all the way to the floor and adequate hand rails. There was plenty of space for my wheelchair & a carer if that had been needed.

Excellent
All staff & especially the assistance staff were friendly, chatty & very efficient.
