Arriving and departing when needing assistance

Every member of the Mobility Assistance team involved in getting my wife from our plane to a taxi upon arrival and from the taxi to our plane upon departure three days later deserves our heartfelt thanks. Their calm, friendly and thoroughly professional attitude was of great credit to them.

Fabulous Special Assistance

Dublin International Airport is about 5 miles north of the city centre. It is has two terminals. The staff told me that Terminal One caters mostly to Ryan Air flights, while Terminal Two caters to BA and transatlantic flights. I was with BA so flew in and out of Terminal Two, which is what this review is focusing on. I found the terminal building step free, and the passenger assistance staff really stood out with their excellent service.
