I am a carer or friend of a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, hearing, moving around, seeing and understanding.

Outstanding support from staff both before visit (when booking tickets and during). Discounted tickets for disabled and carers. Assistance from staff to move more quickly through security queue. One-to-one support to get to seat. Hearing support options explained and equipment provided. Downside: stairs to/from seat but given assistance and not rushed. A thoroughly enjoyable evening thanks to helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Accessible parking on street.
