Good
Easy access, as you would expect from a hotel. Nice staff, if a little clueless. Decent afternoon tea for the price.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Flat access - there's a nice wide door beside the revolving door and the concierge rushed to open it for me. Plenty of room between tables. Nice sturdy chairs and tables to use for balance!
Parking & Transport
Good
Taxi can stop right outside. There's a bus stop right outside, but you might have to go to the Bridges if yours doesn't stop there.
Accessible Toilets
Good
Not bad, as you'd expect from a hotel. Could do with more grab rails and paper towels instead of hand dryer. Enough room for me to manoeuvre on the scooter.
Staff
Good
Pleasant but not particularly attentive. We were the only table there when we arrived and the afternoon tea came without tea or jam! It was quite difficult to attract attention from any of the staff, but they eventually brought us the missing items. Nice sarnies, lovely cakes and massive scones. We ordered a bottle of prosecco and the lad who brought it confessed that he'd never opened one before, so we showed him the ropes!
