Overall Rating

Good

Brilliant tour, they tried their best to make it accessible but few slight issues.

Disabled Access In and Around

Good

Pretty good, but.... We had to miss one bit out (Memorial Garden) as was accessed via stairs. Also struggled on 'grass' in warmup room. We had to to stay in a wheelchair bay while rest of tour listened to a talk a few rows down in the stand, and we couldn't hear :(

Parking & Transport

Excellent

Plenty of bays right near stadium - no issues at all (though it wasn't a match day!)

Accessible Toilets

Poor

Plenty of them, clean and meet minimum standards, but useless for us: little one had to lie on the floor to be changed. But according to the Disabled Supporters Club, City are planning to install a Changing Places Toilet - which is fantastic news :) :) :)

Staff

Good

Tried their best, friendly enough. Though at one point the rest of the group were asked to move so 'the wheelchair' could get through!
