On visiting this cinema on Sunday afternoon I showed the member of staff my CEA card that entitles my carer a free ticket. Was told he could only have a discount of £2 off full price. Queried this with the girl on the til but was told we could come at 8pm and it would be free but not at 2pm. Contacted the cinema via Facebook and told to email the manager. Sent 2 emails but had no reply. Very poor customer service. Used CEA card previously and had no problem.

0Very poor. Told me that I was wrong about the CEA. Told us we could go ask upstairs if we wanted but made no effort herself to find someone senior to ask.
Additional Information
Love the cinema as due to pain issues I'm unable to sit for long but find that I can manage to sit through a film here on the sofas reasonably comfortably. Just very disappointed with staff on this occasion and customer service following in answered emails.
