About

130 acre ancient woodland and water garden set in the heart of the Norfolk broads. Boat trips around our private broad run daily from April until October. Our tearoom serves home made cakes and meals and we cater for a range of dietary requirements. We also have a gift shop and plant sales area. Open Daily from 10am

Disabled Access at Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden

100% wheelchair and mobility scooter access throughout the garden. The woodland does get boggy in the Winter months so on some days it is too muddy to comfortably push a wheelchair however scooters are suitable and we have 4 to hire (we welcome people to bring their own too).

We have a disabled parking area near the entrance to the giftshop and tearoom.

Toilets features at Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden

We have a disabled toilet with a grab rail, low level toilet, hand wash basin and tissue dispenser. There is also an alarm with a cord that reaches the floor. The toilet is big enough to fit a mobility scooter in and turn around in.

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
