A night away as a Christmas treat

Transport & Parking

We couldn't see any availability of accessible parking spaces, so I have no idea where they were, or how many. We drove right to the under-cover entrance and were met by the friendliest of staff members who took care of our luggage. We were able to park right in front of the hotel displaying our blue badge. We used the free, hourly courtesy 8-seater hotel taxi to get to and from St Andrews in the afternoon. A great service that I recommend you pre-book your space on.

Access

Probably the most accessible and spacious hotel that we have stayed in, in the UK. Three good-sized lifts were available to take us to the wide corridors of the second floor, where our accessible room was. The room itself was one of the biggest I've ever had and the wet room was huge. A slight ramp (a couple of inches) between bedroom floor and higher wetroom floor. Both floors had underfloor heating - wonderful.

Toilets

No issues as again plenty of room and well signposted.

Staff

Every single staff interaction was first class. The food was outstanding. We'll be back.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

I never once had to think about access/egress/space for getting around. Superb.
