Having been before I knew I would not get around everywhere but because its Winter it is guided tour only and you have to climb up 4 flights of spiral stairs to even start the tour so that meant I couldn't see anything and after travelling 50miles I had to stand outside in the freezing cold for an hour while my friend went on the tour while all of the staff working there were lovely and wanted to help there was nothing they could do in the moment I really think this wasnt thought through

You have to use stairs to even see the gardens and call then a few days before if you have access issues snd they will tty to make things easier for you
