Good
There are two floors to Fennel and less able customers have to be on the ground floor as there is no lift to get you upstairs. This is also quite convenient since the disabled toilet is down there too! There are no steps getting into the restaurant or throughout, other than the ones up to the second floor.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Smooth entrance in but then you may find it difficult to move as there is sofas in the way but the staff will offer to move them for you.
Parking & Transport
Poor
No disabled parking near the restaurant.
Accessible Toilets
Good
The accessible loo was on ground level so easy access to the toilet and a lot of room in the toilet but it can be very hard to lock the toilet door.
Staff
Excellent
Staff were very helpful and kind. Offering to move furniture for me and opening the doors for me.
Additional Information
Will definitely be going back.
