Excellent
My wife and i visited here for a concert, from parking to getting into the venue was very good.I have attended other venue's and they have been poor compared to here, and the seating we had was excellent for viewing the stage with no one in the way.
Excellent
Disabled access was excellent, our seats were on the first floor but a spacious lift was available so i encountered no problems. No steps had to be negotiated at all. With plenty of signage. Our seats were excellent on a platform i couldn't of asked for better.
Excellent
I purchased a disabled parking bay in advance which was posted out to me prior to my visit, the cost was £12.50 including postage which i thought was a bit on the expensive side but it was well worth i thought when i got there as the parking was only a 30 second walk to the entrance.I cannot really comment on public transport as i didn't use it but the venue is well served by public transport, but is quite along way from the train station.
Good
The toilets were Radar key operated which i always think is good as it stops able bodied people using them. The toilet itself wasn't that big and i would have struggled to turn around in it but it was equipped with the usual handles and was big enough for my wife to assist me.It was easy to find as well.
Excellent
From car parking staff outside to the staff inside the venue they all couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them,i can't praise them highly enough.
