I am a full time powered wheelchair user. I found this very easy to book on their website. They sent a confirmation email and I replied with my wheelchair+me combined weight (their ramp has a max weight. Getting on the boat was easy. Their website the you that there is no accessible toilet aboard. There's a good accessible toilet nearby. I really enjoyed it and the weather was kind to us. I would recommend

Parking & Transport
0I took the number 43 Lothian Country bus from Queensferry Road to South Queensferry. It only took 20 minutes and it's about 15 minutes walk to the pier.
Accessible Toilets
0Although there isn't an accessible toilet on the boat, there's a good, clean accessible toilet a short 5 minutes away. The toilet is Radar key controlled and there's also a changing room toilet.
Staff
Excellent
The staff were welcoming and put a ramp in place to let me on and off.
Additional Information
I would recommend booking on the website beforehand. I will definitely be doing this again.
