This is a superb stopping point for a disabled user - everything is super accessible
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Everything is level access with wide corridors - and none of the unnecessary obstacles which seem to litter most service stations
Parking & Transport
Excellent
There is masses of disabled parking outside the main entrance. This is one of the few services locations I have seen where the arriving/departing traffic is not a hazard for those who have to load or unload a wheelchair
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
The accessible loos are huge including all the usual grab rails etc - and also provide showering facilities. Also well maintained and clean
Staff
Excellent
Staff are all friendly and considerate of wheelchair users - e.g. offering to bring food to table
Additional Information
These services area role model for what motorway services should be like. In addition to the basic facilities there is a superb shop which sells up-market food and gifts. The shop in itself would be a destination for food shopping or Christmas shopping. I have used these services several times and standards have been invariably excellent
