A great experience of hiring a scooter for a week in Barcelona. The scooter was delivered to my hotel and collected at the end. Roy brought two crutch holders for the scooter to see which fitted best. There was excellent and fast communication by email prior to the hire. I took a scooter cape on holiday and did need it one day when we had torrential rain and nowhere under cover for the scooter. I'd recommend taking one on holiday. I'd not hired a scooter before, although I use my own at home, and I hadn't considered insuring the hire scooter. It was only at the end of the hire that I looked at the agreement and realised that there's no insurance cover. So I'd recommend including scooter insurance in any travel insurance. I wouldn't hesitate to use Go Mobility Now again.

I booked our trip to Barcelona whilst being quite fit and well. But due to Cancer/surgery and chemo I realised I would not be able to get around the city as I wished. So reluctantly at 52 I hired a scooter. The booking and payment process was so easy. Followed by friendly confirmation emails. On the day of travel I heard that the scooter would be at the hotel when I arrived. With friendly instructions I was off!!! On our last day we arranged a time suitable to me for collection of the scooter. The scooter was amazing so easy to use and get about, even on and off the metro and in and out lifts! Highly recommend this company.

Good scooter, good communication with the company, delivered to hotel and picked up at agreed times - everything went smoothly.
