I’ve been 4 times Very grand (part of the Scotsman Hotel, which is the old Scotsman newspaper headquarters I think) The entrance with a ramp is not the one on the street, but via the hotel, Incredibly grand. Marble everywhere, chandeliers, 2nd floor mezzanine etc On a Friday and Saturday night, and Saturday and Sunday lunch is an awesome atmosphere. They have live musicians playing
