Overview
There's level access into the station, lower desk at the ticket booths, disabled loo and ramps taking you under the station to all platforms. Staff incredibly helpful and reliable.
Transport & Parking
There are blue badge spaces in the station car park opposite the main entrance plus a few at the far end (on the left beyond the taxi ramp). Sadly Guildford's bus station is some way away.
Access
Level access onto station. Ramps go down under the platforms to give access to other platforms. They are very steep but I saw another unaccompanied disabled person being helped on the ramps, with an arm to hold and his suitcase carried - so the staff are clearly able and willing to help. I booked ramps on/off the train - staff were polite, punctual and offered my carer help with my wheelchair. On return, at midnight, two staff members met me and were so very helpful. I've never been let down by Guildford (unlike Waterloo, sad to say!).
Toilets
Near main entrance, alongside regular loos, the accessible loo is radar key operated. It's large, well equipped and clean.
Staff
All staff were polite and helpful. Seemed very happy to help. I booked assistance beforehand via SW Trains access helpline.
