Hare & Hounds Lothersdale

A lovely looking pub with a good reputation for great beers and food. Since having work done to create a level patio at the front there are now two sets of steps to gain access, the rail on the lower set is useless as far as a body using sticks to walk with I'm told that there is access to the side but there's no signage and no way to call for assistance if you're by yourself. There is frequently a car parked Infront of the gates anyway, further limiting access. Shame, I have enjoyed an occasional visit but I wouldn't feel safe trying the lower steps.
