We had a truly amazing stay at the Haven suites. The Jordan suite was fully accessible, with a stunning and spacious lounge and kitchen, making it easy to have both our daughters wheelchair and buggy to be indoors. The H-hoisting in the bedrooms and bathrooms were really helpful, for manoeuvring our daughter easily. We loved the wet room with the choice of both changing plinth and adaptive bath seat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the Haven. Every single detail has been carefully thought out to meet the needs of those with profound and complex needs. Thank you so much.

There doors were all wide to fit wheel chairs, everything was on one floor with no steps. Very accessible.

The car park was right next to flats, making access very easy.

There 4 bathrooms available in the Jordan suite that we stayed, one bathroom with a changing plinth and adaptive baths, another shower room with adapted seat. A carers ensuite bathroom and an large bathroom with rails.

Staff
Excellent
The staff that work and volunteer at the Haven are truly amazing! The care and compassion for those with PMLD was lovely and had thought of every single detail to make our stay wonderful.
