Hayle outdoor Swimming Pool using the I-Swim hoist

I visited Hayle outdoor pool today ,I had already spoken to Hayle council to find out the basics I needed to know. On arrival the pool is very wheelchair friendly, the outside area has been recently upgraded with a resin floor covering. The changing room has a toilet and Showering area ,with a floor level doorway for easy access. The pool itself has an I-swim hoist ,I used the hoist ,the staff were knowledgeable ,they explained what was going to happen ,this made me feel confident. I was the 1st person to use this hoist ,it was very comfortable to use ,safety was thier main priority. It was a very smooth transition to and out of the pool. All the staff were brilliant, they went above and beyond to help and support me ,other members of the public were friendly. A fantastic opportunity be able to access and swim outside .
