Excellent
Impressed with this small but informative museum. Had good exhibitions with local history. Also a lovely Jacobean Garden.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Really impressed with how disabled access has been addressed! There are push button doors, a bench to rest, ramps and platform lifts. There was no part of the ground floor that we couldn’t access.
Parking & Transport
Good
We were in Hertford anyway so not too sure where the nearest blue badge parking is. There are a couple of train stations in Hertford but I haven’t used either of them for years!
Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Decent accessible loo - spacious & clean.
Staff
Excellent
There was only one volunteer that we met but he was very knowledgable and obviously very enthusiastic about sharing Hertford’s history!
