Overall Rating

Good

Level access from the entrance throughout the hotel.

Disabled Access In and Around

Excellent

Really good level access and lift to all floors.

Parking & Transport

Poor

Had an issue upon arrival as staff members had parked in accessible parking bay, they did offer to move but i had parked on street which was free for blue badge holders.

Accessible Toilets

Good

As a manual wheelchair user it had everything required.

Staff

Good

Staff were really helpful however I was a little disappointed in the staff member parking in the accessible bays.
