No lift, no accessible rooms. Disabled toilet out of order Not an accessible hotel. Avoid for hotel stays. Bar and restaurant looked accessible for a day visit eg dinner. They took my money and then asked if I was ok to do stairs in my wheelchair. Urgent staff training required.

No lift, disabled toilet out of order, no accessible rooms. No rooms on ground floor. They were very modern and looked to have renovated recently, but not including renovations for disabled guests They asked me if I could do stairs in my wheelchair. They need staff training.

Toilets

Out of order. I had to use a normal toilet and the lock was broken so the door kept opening on view.

Staff

Didn't feel comfortable with how the staff spoke to me about my booking. I had fallen at front entrance, hit my head and had blood on my face and was crying but I did not feel they cared. I was a state and they were cold to me.
