Good

Usual hotel issues but particularly helpful staff made a real difference.

Disabled Access In and Around

As usual with these kinds of hotels, doors are an issue. I was placed in the room nearest to reception which was great, but there were still two pull-open doors controlled by keycard. The room itself was reasonably sized for a scooter with a full wet room. Bed was a little low but better than some Premier Inns.

Accessible Toilets

Good

Room bathroom was very good, large size wet room with full facilities and pull cords. I didn't need to use the public toilet here so I don't know how good this was.

Excellent

Very helpful and frequently offered to assist with doors, and we're happy to collect my buffet breakfast for me. They offered before I asked which was appreciated.
