Accessible toilet is inaccessible

Went here with my mum, I’m her carer. Venue described itself as being accessible and with accessible toilet. When we arrived, the accessible toilet was full of: 3 kids high chairs, mop bucket and mop, brush, extra stock of toilet paper, extra accessibility support rails scattered on floor. You couldn’t have got a wheelchair in there and it was a health hazard. The red cord was tied up and didn’t reach the floor. In addition to this, the tables and chairs outside the toilet would have required to be moved to allow a wheelchair user access to the toilet due to cafe layout. It would have taken time and caused inconvenient to other patrons. Really poor experience.
