Great accessibility, good parking, excellent loos, and a place to eat.

Transport & Parking

Easy to park if coming by car. Not so obvious if you arrive by bus. Ramp down from the bus stop is quite steep. Route to store front is not signposted.

Access

Generally disabled access is very good. Automated doors for wheelchair access. Great toilets. Very helpful staff.

Toilets

Full marks for the toilets. There are several loos and there's also a Changing Places toilet. The toilets were very spacious, well equipped, and spotlessly clean.

Staff

Staff were very helpful. Even down to explaining the accessibility features of some of the furniture!

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Getting out of the store without making a purchase is achieved by going through the pass out aisle by the checkouts. Such a shame this has a pillar in the middle that prevents wheelchair users using this route. Had to queue at a till to get out.
