    Overall Rating

    Rating Emoji

    Excellent

A family friendly and wheelchair accessible shopping mall with variety of shops and restaurants and helpful staff. There are long opening hours and it can be busy at weekends.

    Disabled Access In and Around

    Rating Emoji

    Excellent

The mall has two main levels with easy access to both levels as there are many lifts, escalators and stairs and a further level to reach the cinema. Very spacious and smooth, flat flooring with lots of automatic doors. The food court only has one lift available so there can sometimes be a wait if the mall is busy.

    Parking & Transport

    Rating Emoji

    Excellent

It has free parking with plenty of disabled parking spaces beside the many entrances which all have a lift for access into the building. Also there is a bus station located on the side of the building with regular buses which come from across Manchester.

    Accessible Toilets

    Rating Emoji

    Excellent

There are toilets available everywhere across the mall which are all clean and tidy with easy access. They include grab rails and pull cords if needed and a member of staff is almost always there available to help. There are clear signs to show where the toilets are.

    Staff

    Rating Emoji

    Excellent

Staff are very friendly and helpful if you need to ask any questions. There is also a customer service desk in the middle of the building if needed.

    Additional Information

The venue can become very busy at peak periods however it is an overall enjoyable experience and fun day out and i would definitely recommend.
