Inverness station is in the middle of Inverness - near the Eastgate Shopping Centre. Accessible station - all on one level once you get off the train!

Good
Automatic entry doors, platforms all on the same level, clear signage, passenger assistance meeting point, waiting room with automatic door.
Accessible Toilets
0Saw signs but didn't need to use it
Staff
Excellent
Very helpful - we were ok but other passengers trains had got cancelled - staff helpful in providing alternatives and where people should change etc.
