Overview

Visited the Isle of Wight Steam Railway with my husband who uses a mobility scooter. All very accessible. We were able to ride on the train with husband able to remain in his scooter. Access via a ramp. All staff (volunteers) very helpful. Train Story Museum also fully accessible. Disabled toilet had slightly awkward access as corridor was slightly narrow to turn but was manageable. Lots of disabled parking on hard surface car park.
