Overview

Great accessibilty in John Lewis itself. Large lifts up to all floors (cafe is on top floor) and there is an accessible loo on the same floor as the cafe. Only problem for us was the lift which takes you from the John Lewis Carpark into the shopping centre as it was a very tight squeeze for my brother's powerchair. His is a large chair though so might be fine for many other wheelchair users.

Transport & Parking

Fine if you approach on foot/ on public transport. There is a car park attached to the John Lewis centre - but the lift from the car park to the shopping centre was very tight for us.

Access

Excellent inside the cafe and the shopping centre. Seats are moveable.

Toilets

Very good. Could have been cleaner but otherwise fine and a good size.

A useful place in the centre of town for meetings or a coffee stop. Also has a full range of lunch options.
