My first venture back since the closures. Things look a little different - the store is being refurbished as the new shopping centre takes shape behind the building AND Covid-19 measures are needed. You can check on-line what is available and there are plenty of staff on hand to help you find your way around. There are marked out lines for queues to both the right and left of the main entrance and the concierge explains where you can find the things you need. The first floor us currently being worked on so women's fashions have moved but there is still stock available. There are no restaurant or cafe facilities at the moment. Toilet facilities are open.

Lift access is still available (use confined to one household at a time).

Accessable toilets are available as usual - on the 5th floor.
Staff
Excellent
Concierge meets you outside while you are waiting to go in and guides you to whichever department you need. Lots of 'good mornings' - they are pleased to see us back.
Additional Information
Lifts are for each household individually so can take a little longer than usual. Staff are wearing masks, there are concierges on duty to maintain distancing and to guide queues at the checkout. Staff wipe down the checkout after you have paid, they prefer card but do take cash. I looked at mattresses and was given my own hygiene sheet for trying them out!
