Disabled Access Information Provided by John Lewis

Disabled Access at John Lewis

You can enter our shop via the Intu shopping centre on ground and first floor, also Kings Car park (level 2). From the Intu shopping centre the entrance is level ground. Entrance from Kings Car park is also level. From here the doors into the shop open automatically. There are disabled car park spaces immediately outside the shop. These spaces are managed by the shopping centre and not John Lewis.

Accessible parking at John Lewis

As John Lewis is within a shopping centre there are a number of car parks that surround the centre. The car park with the closest access is Kings car park which has disabled parking outside the shop and accesses the shop into the second floor.

Dedicated on site parking

Toilets features at John Lewis

We have 2 disabled toilets in the branch. One of the second floor close to our restaurant and the other on the ground floor of the shop. Both have easy access with wide door. There are grab rails either side of the toilet. There is a telephone also incase of an emergency.

Accessible toilet

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
