Good
lovely little coffee shop with a nice selection of coffee and cakes. the disabled parking is near the entrance to the shop, once you get to the door, it is a 'pull' door so there is a little sticker that says if any wheelchair user needs help please press the buzzer and someone will come out to help you, which I thought was quite nice :) you need to walk through the shop to get to the coffee shop, and then there is a very steep slope right before you enter the coffee, so if you're in a manual wheelchair, you'll need to keep your hands on the breaks while going downhill or you may take off!! Overall, it is a nice little coffee shop and I will be going back!
Disabled Access In and Around
Poor
Really poor. No signs whatsoever, but outside the coffee shop, it was very smooth with a lot of drop down kerbs so you could easily move about.
Parking & Transport
Average
The bus station is a 10 minute walk away and the train station is 20 minutes away. The disabled car parking is right next to the coffee shop, but the problem is that there is only 3 disabled car parking space but I was lucky enough to get a space :)
Accessible Toilets

I had to ask a member of staff where the toilets were because there were no signs to tell me where the toilet was, when I got to the toilet, I was quite pleased to see a sliding door which you could slide and go into the toilet and slide it shut rather then a 'pull' door that you have to open and then rush into the toilet before the door slammed into the back of your wheelchair! But when I got into the toilet, I realised that there was NO room so I had to reverse my mobility scooter out of the toilet in order to get to the toilet.
Staff
Excellent
For every bad point, the staff made up for it. I got into the coffee shop and I was away to order and the waitress said I can go and find my table and she would bring my biscuit and coffee over if that would be more helpful so I said yes please so I got a table and told the waitress what I would so I ordered and waitress brought over my coffee and biscuit. The staff also looked happy to be working there so the staff helped heaps :) So nice and helpful :)
Additional Information
I will definately go again and would strongly recommend that people go! Good coffee and biscuit!
