Kaspa's

This is going to be a somewhat mixed review because the food and the staff at Kaspas are amazing. I enjoyed it so much on my first visit that we took our friends there a few days later. We were automatically seated at the rear of the venue closest to the accessible toilet which is separate to the other toilets which I like as there is less chance for abuse. Sadly there are some things that need to be addressed on the accessible side of things. While the accessible toilet is nicely tucked away behind a booth, we actually had to move the bench we were sat on because the path to reach said toilet was actually too narrow for my wheelchair to get through. The toilet itself was actually very clean and well maintained - most likely due to lack of abuse, although the mirrored walls were a little disorientating at times. And now for the big NO NO: the toilet cord. I have posted a picture accompanying this review but in short; the cord was hanging halfway down to the floor, not tied up literally just half a cord. I'm not sure if the bottom section had been stolen? But either way, a total failure should I have fallen over in the toilet. I am quite said to have to post these negatives as they are not the fault of the wonderful and friendly staff who made us feel so welcome, I will be making these points known to head office to rectify while ensuring they know that the staff and food were still wonderful and I would still recommend this place as the menu is so varied and the food delicious! Don't let my review put you off though, as this place is well worth a visit.
