Excellent
Super fancy hotel in Glasgow Has accessible rooms. Accessibility needs catered for. Separate (level) entrance. Internal lifts to enable wheelchairs to access every area of hotel. Apparently very good spa, but despite staying twice, still haven’t explored it Outstanding food Every member of staff exceptionally nice But …expensive

Parking with blue badge right outside is always possible (on-street) But hotel doesn’t have it’s own parking and nearest multi-storey is Q-Park Bath Street 5 minutes walk away

Amongst the best I’ve ever met. Training and recruitment must be very good because we probably dealt with 10-all outstanding
