I am a carer or friend of a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: moving around

    Overall Rating

    Excellent

Whole area has been redeveloped - mostly flat and pedestrianised and we had the impression that planners had taken on board accessibility. The three restaurants visited were all wheelchair friendly. Lots to do and see and green areas for just sitting and watching the world go by. All on Kings Cross station's doorstep.

    Disabled Access In and Around

Didn't come across any steps but there was one short incline from the station up to the main area which could be challenging for someone pushing a wheelchair.

    Parking & Transport

We used the train direct to King's Cross and assistance is given getting on and getting off. You need to book assistance in advance as you do for airlines

    Accessible Toilets

We used toilets in restaurants so wasn't too aware of public loos.
