Overview

The accessible door is at the side of the building via a fire exit. There is an intercom to contact staff if the doors aren't open. The "accessible" toilet- (a very loose description) is not big enough for a wheelchair user with assistance, it has a bifold door, its a funny shape, and barely bigger than a cupboard. It is always in demand, as the ladies is down a flight of stairs, so anyone who finds stairs difficult will also be queuing to use it. Unfortunately using the accessible loo in the break, you are likely to miss either the end of first part or the beginning of 2nd part.

Transport & Parking

Getting the train is so easy, 2 minute walk from charing x station. Best to book ahead for platform assistance with ramps. Unfortunately the accessible loo is not suited to a wheelchair user requiring personal assistance. Parking is close by, if you are lucky enough to get a space. There is a Bus stop outside (not being a local i have no idea which buses stop).

It is not the best experience as a wheelchair user. There is no access to the bar, although probably just as well because you will likely need to keep your legs crossed! Being right at the back, there are lots of distractions when people get up for the loo, which has the whole row needing to stand to allow passing. The roof of this area is low, which gives a restricted view of the stage, especially if any performers are off the ground or up any steps. At the end of the show, there is no view as audience inevitably stands.
