Good
4 day stay with my elderly Mum who uses a rollator and a wheelchair. Easy access and really friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location on the seafront. Option of an accessible room but it is a room for x 3 people. Great location, hotel does have an accessible suite but we used a standard room for my Mum, who can walk but uses a rollator inside the hotel and a wheelchair when outside. I would recommend eating in the hotel, great food.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Front entrance step free access. Glass doors into a lobby, disabled bell to alert reception. Step free access to lift.
Parking & Transport
Good
Car park at the rear of the hotel but you need to check in with reception to get your room key, which then opens barrier to car park. Step free access from car park into hotel and into lift.
Accessible Toilets
Good
Fully disabled toilet on ground floor. In my Mum's room, just a normal toilet but she managed. Grab rails in the shower. See photos
