I had an absolutely incredible experience here, the cats were so lovely and the staff were also wonderful. The entrance has two sets of doors and they are both heavy doors. The inside door is controlled by staff inside and that is to make sure the cats are always secure and can't get out. The doors were tricky for me to manage on my own but staff were very happy to help. The accessible toilet is in an area that requires staff to let you through a door with a keypad, this is another safety measure for the cats. There are always plenty of staff around who are happy to take you through.

The main doors are heavy and difficult to manage as a solo wheelchair visitor but staff were quick to help. The seating is mainly sofas and armchairs with low tables.

There is a small amount of on-street parking on the roads by the café. There is also a large NCP car park just over the main road, around 300 metres walk/wheel.

Accessible Toilets
Good
The accessible toilet was really large and had lots of space. There was unobstructed transfer space for a right-side transfer. The sink was a little bit higher than I would usually expect but still manageable. There was also a baby-change table in there. There were lots of grab rails around the toilet, including one that could be raised and lowered. Unfortunately, I didn't see a red emergency cord in the toilet.

Staff were absolutely wonderful, really happy to help. Food and drink was ordered at your table and then brought over to you. They were also very happy to chat about the cats as well.
